Access to eWebSchedule
First, a User Account is required that identifies you to your eWebSchedule database. Common User Account
names are first name, first initial plus last name, intials, etc.

Account names can only contain letters and numbers
and must be between 2 and 50 characters. You cannot
use 'Admin' or 'Administrator' as the user name.
Now let's identify your database by creating a login key. We recommend keeping the login key as short
as possible and to select something that is easy to remember for your staff. Common choices are
business acronyms, store numbers, the digits from your business street address, etc. Below are
the login key requirements.

Consists of numbers and letters and is not case sensitive

Available characters are A through Z and numbers; special characters are not permitted

Must be unique to eWebSchedule, value provided will be edited to confirm it is unique

A minimum of two characters is required

The Login Key can only contain numbers and letters.
The Login Key must be at least two characters long.
Together your User Account name and Login Key creates your User Name and is used each time you
access your database. Based on the above selections:
The password for your initial login is your email address. Please note, once you login you will be
prompted to select a new password, select a security question and provide an answer. The security
question and answer are used in the event you forget your password.
